Venture capitalist and edtech evangelist Frank Bonsal III has been leading Towson University‘s business incubator since the May departure of previous director Clay Hickson.
But now Bonsal is formally in at Towson University as the school’s first director of entrepreneurship. It’s a move that Bonsal hinted at during Baltimore Innovation Week’s State of Startups event, at which he said he’d be involved in institutions bolstering the region’s edtech community.
The job marks “the advent of a larger and more integrated approach to entrepreneurship,” the university said in a statement.
