James Dalessio and John Meyer’s UPGOAT app, formerly OMG Stuff! (featured here), just moved into beta and launched on Android and iPhone last weekend, says Dalessio. The crew celebrated with a Halloween-themed flash mob in Newark.

At the DreamIt Health Demo Day, RegDesk, a Delaware-based startup which connects companies to regulatory experts, announced it had completed five projects to date. Delivery Circle (we profiled them earlier this year) announced via Facebook that the organization is partnering with Pango Financial (featured here) to collect suits for veterans. Donation bins, the companies announced via Facebook, will be available from Nov. 11 to Nov. 25.
