The e-Hailing app and ride sharing battle — VCs biggest players all want a piece of transportation tech market. e-Hailing apps and ride sharing companies have taken over $100 million in VC funding in the last year with some of VCs most prominent firms (Accel, Atomico, USV, Redpoint, General Catalyst) all placing bets on the space.
