Ghost Crab Games is a venture from Chris Hoopes, a Pennsport-based game developer, and artist Dustin Twilley, both 31. Hoopes is a developer at Center City agency eCity Interactive. eCity Interactive is run by Damon Alberts, who has a game development company of his own: Burst Entertainment.
