Charm City Concierge, a Baltimore-based workplace experience management firm, has signed on four new D.C.-area partners to use its Simpli app.

First launched last spring, the Simpli app is a full-service platform that enables building landlords to manage workplace experiences, building amenities and programming while streamlining communication with its tenants. Through the app, users can access the likes of wellness programs, concierge services and events calendars. Building managers are also able to collect data on users and communicate through push notifications. The app is supported by Charm City Concierge’s virtual and onsite experience managers.

Charm City Concierge, founded in 1993, will now add its app into D.C.-area buildings managed by real estate services and investment firm CBRE; Executive Plaza, a Class A office space in Rockville, Maryland; commercial real estate owner KBS Realty; and waterfront destination The Wharf.

“It’s extremely rewarding to see our technology being embraced by some of the most popular workplaces and destinations in the region,” said Rebecca Lee, VP of development at Charm City Concierge, in a statement. “Our decades of experience within the commercial real estate industry coupled with our expertise in tenant experience and employee engagement have merged in an innovative tool that is impressing existing clients and opening the doors to new relationships across the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.”

Here’s a breakdown of the new partnerships and what will be offered:

  • At The Wharf, Charm City Concierge will add a team of its onsite experience managers and access to its Simpli app for three buildings located at 1000 Maine Ave., 800 Maine Ave. and Pier 4.
  • For KBS Realty, the firm will offer a team of virtual experience managers to oversee the app at six buildings throughout Northern Virginia, and Gaithersburg, Maryland.
  • At Executive Plaza, Charm City Concierge has signed on a team of onsite experience managers to oversee the app at two buildings in Rockville, Maryland.
  • CBRE signed on with the firm for experience management services at three buildings: two located in D.C. at 1667 K St. and 1331 F St., and one in Falls Church, Virginia.

The Simpli app is available in the iOS App Store and the Google Play Store.
