Patent infringement lawsuit filed against Google in Delaware

Israeli company Buy2 Networks is taking the search engine to court.

Israel’s Buy2 Networks has filed a lawsuit against Google in U.S. court.
Buy2 is claiming patent infringement in reference to Google’s “I’m Feeling Lucky” feature, according to the News Journal.

According to a release from Buy2, the company is seeking a jury trial. The suit was filed with the United States District Court in Delaware because Google is incorporated here.
