It’s almost time to make those New Year’s resolutions, and Art Fitness, the Wilmington fitness boutique founded by Alisa Rose, is encouraging local entrepreneurs to be as proactive about their health as they are about their businesses.
On the second Thursday of every month starting Jan. 11, Art Fitness will bring back Network & Knowledge, a free one-hour session that combines networking and advice for keeping a healthy lifestyle while running a business.
