A pitch event designed to get life sciences entrepreneurs and investors in the same room is heading to Inner Harbor this week.
1st Pitch Life Science, organized by New York-based Mid Atlantic Bio Angels, will be at IMET’s home in Columbus Center on Wednesday, Oct. 26.
Register (free)
Entrepreneurs are invited to pitch investors. No money is at stake, but there is a “Best in Show” vote. There’s also the chance to get feedback. It’s billed as a chance to “eavesdrop” on what investors talk about after they hear a pitch.
It’s also a chance to get scientists and entrepreneurs in the same room. So that’s cool.
Registration is required by noon on Oct. 26.
