Editor’s note: Every week we ship an email newsletter featuring the region’s most exciting career opportunities. We’ve lovingly called it This Week in Jobs (aka TWIJ — “twidge.”). Below is this week’s edition. Here’s the last one we published; it’s meant to live in your inbox. Sign up for the newsletter here.
Most TV shows have started reruns, which means it’s time to binge all of the shows you meant to watch, but were too busy to keep up with during the regular season. In fact, there was a survey done across the nation to determine the most binge-watched shows per state, and Shameless and Stranger Things took the crown for viewers across the DMV.
Since we’re so data-driven around here, the popularity of Stranger Things definitely makes sense, but we were surprised that Game of Thrones didn’t make the cut for our area. However, since it is the most watched show in HBO history, you probably watched it live and in real time, right?
If you wanna make streaming services and entertainment easy for everyone, check out this job at Comcast for a Product Engineer in Reston, Va.
