Technical.ly launches Talent Starter subscription hiring platform

We think you're really going to like Technical.ly's newest talent acquisition offering.

During Philly Tech Week 2018 presented by Comcast, Technical.ly officially announced the launch of a self-service jobs platform offering an easy way for hiring companies to connect with our readers and build a pipeline of job candidates.

Unlike our Talent Pro annual offering, Talent Starter is a month-to-month recurring talent acquisition service that’s engineered for companies that have their own employment branding content and want a better way to find great people.

A handful of companies in our communities are already benefiting from Talent Starter, like Zivtech and ReachMobi.

The new service is great for companies that are ramping up hiring efforts, hoping to build a pipeline for regularly posted skillsets (like JavaScript Engineers or Front-End Developers), or are looking for broad exposure to Technical.ly’s high-quality candidates.

Here’s a few of the features we’re excited about:

  • Take control of your company profile: For the first time, we’re giving companies the opportunity to control the messaging on their Technical.ly company profile page and align their profile with stories we’ve written about them. Featuring several perks of our more robust Talent Pro offering, Starter covers everything you need to get started and show off your company culture.
  • Swap up to three auto-recurring jobs posts: There’s no longer a need to post one-off positions with our new auto-recurring job slots. Starter clients get three slots per month, and many companies use them to focus on hard-to-fill roles or keep standby roles turned on to have a regular flow of great applicants. Rotate jobs posts or make changes at any time by logging in to your account.
  • Get featured in our content: All Starter clients have new job listings posted in Technical.ly’s daily newsletters, including our weekly jobs newsletter, and each job gets blasted out on social media.
  • Signup for an Annual Plan for more benefits: You can cancel our monthly Starter offering at any time, but companies that sign up for an annual plan are highlighted in a marketing campaign that highlights new Talent clients. They also receive ongoing best-practice consultations and receive email support.

Why are we launching Starter? We’ve been blown away by responses from clients that use our Talent Pro offering and we thought we’d create another service tier for companies that are a little more DIY, but still need help finding great people.

We’re super excited about all that. We hope you are, too.
