The young people in your life should be learning to code — and when you add gaming to the equation, they may actually want to. Code Differently is holding its third session since launching this summer on Oct. 13 and Oct. 20 at The Mill, and the theme is carnival games.
Or, more, specifically, that festival staple Whac-A-Mole.
The Code Differently crew was at last week’s Wilmington LOVE event, where they showcased some of the cool things kids can do with coding, including a tablet-controlled “mini golf” game.
The two-day course will take place over two Saturdays, and is geared toward youth at all skill levels in 5th through 12 grades. Admission is $100 if booked by Oct. 5, $120 after.
