After years of being known for racist and hateful comments below many of their articles, Philly.com is still planning to roll out a new comment system this fall to address its Internet troll problem, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
Technically Philly first told you about the plans in May.
The system will be used throughout Philly.com, PhillyDailyNews.com and Inquirer.com.
