Hey, devs: Here’s an online coding battle with $50,000 up for grabs

Technical.ly is helping to give away $50,000 in a coding contest being held online and in Delaware over the next month.
{OpenBracket begins this weekend with an online coding battle. The Oct. 15-17 competition takes place on the third-party platform HackerRank. The winner will get $10,000 cash, and another $1,000 each is up for grabs for second- to fifth-place finishers.

Plus, another 49 participants will get expenses paid for a trip to the IRL portion in Wilmington, Del., on Nov. 5. A total of 100 finalists will compete in that competition.

The competition is designed to highlight Delaware’s tech scene, which is one of the five markets where Technical.ly publishes daily and the scene of November’s Delaware Innovation Week.
