Aquicore launches a new tool for its real estate platform

Aquicore's new machine learning tool includes actionable data, an enhanced activity feed and real-time reporting that will be available through the online platform and the mobile app.

Commercial real estate software company Aquicore announced that is has launched a new machine learning tool available through its platform.

The Logan Circle-based company helps buildings monitor their usage of all utilities (electricity/gas/water/steam/BTU) in real time. The automatic diagnostics tool integrates with the cloud-based platform to show potential building performance issues in a more timely and meaningful way, a press release states.

“The industry has been yearning for more intuitive tools that save time and don’t require data expertise to help them better manage and operate their buildings efficiently,” Mike Donovan, senior VP of product at Aquicore, said in a statement. “Aquicore has been, and always will be, an industry leader in developing new features to seamlessly monitor, analyze and improve operational performance for all types of buildings.”

Aquiqore’s new tech is currently patent-pending, but some key features include actionable data, an enhanced activity feed and real-time reporting that will be available through the online platform and the mobile app. Engineers can use the machine learning tool to identify possible issues, then get an estimated cost on repairs.

This product announcement comes after Aquicore acquired Florida-based software-as-a-service firm Entic for an undisclosed amount in May. With the acquisition, Aquicore said it would add Entic’s platform that provides prescriptive analytics and building recommendations for commercial properties.
