What are the biggest obstacles to you building a better company right now? Unblock yourself, and then celebrate.

Technical.ly’s culture-building conference, Introduced, is back in person this year with virtual pre-conference offerings leading into our Signature Event, a networking spectacular with food, drink and interactive technology.

On Thursday, May 12, we invite you to an afternoon conference and annual celebration that introduces you to the ideas, people and opportunities that build better companies. Our celebration of Philadelphia’s contribution to tech and innovation, Signature Event, will directly follow the Introduced conference and take place on the rooftop of Cira Green, with jaw-dropping views of the Center City skyline.

Both Introduced and Signature Event are proudly part of Philly Tech Week Presented by Comcast 2022, happening from May 6 to 14. Due to ongoing COVID-19 precautions, space will be limited, and we do expect to sell out.

Register for Introduced and Signature Event

This year’s Introduced will be different. We’re pre-recording deep and tactical guides for common challenges to growing teams and better companies. Those will be released with registration, so our in-person time can be entirely interactive. The afternoon will feature topical breakout discussions and facilitated mastermind sessions focused on your challenges.

Expect to discuss topics like how to implement salary transparency; evaluating job descriptions for bias and trauma; evolving remote work and recruiting tactics; and what changes when a company crosses 50 employees.

We're seeking Introduced speakers

Who should attend

Introduced is, and always will be, a place for entrepreneurs, HR professionals and tech ecosystem leaders. If you care about the trends, intricacies and strategies of companies that benefit their people, this conference is the best place for experience, engagement and activation.

What to expect at Introduced this year

Pre-recorded community talks around building better businesses that will be released to conference attendees for asynchronous viewing before, during and afterward.

Then at the event, join connective facilitated mastermind sessions, interactive activities and breakout discussions.

For our challenging mastermind sessions, expect to be in a group of just five to 10 peer professionals. Attendees are encouraged to bring a current challenge they’re facing to share with a small group and get actionable feedback from their peers. Ideally, these culture builders will leave the conference with information and strategy they can implement immediately.

A VIP reception will follow, helping to kickoff the return of Technical.ly’s ever-popular Signature Event. Enjoy good food, drink and interactive technology — and a few hundred friends.

Come prepared to learn what the most innovative orgs in the world are doing to recruit, retain and support savvy professionals. All attendees are welcome to join us for the conference and stick around after it wraps to eat, drink and connect at our annual Signature Event.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies seeking direct access to founders/HR leaders for brand awareness, engagement and thought leadership around building better companies.
