Embracing the AI revolution: JANE.hr teams up with Technical.ly to transform career searches at NET/WORK

As ChatGPT and generative AI continue to disrupt every process imaginable, from event planning to sales to content creation to recruiting, the career search process is getting a long overdue overhaul.

JANE.hr, an innovative hiring-as-a-service provider and career matcher is teaming up with Technical.ly to bring the best practices of career matching in the age of ChatGPT to job seekers and hiring companies at NET/WORK, a tech jobs fair and part of the 13th annual Philly Tech Week presented by Comcast.

At the NET/WORK event, JANE.hr will be available to help attending job seekers by providing feedback on their resumes, approaches to their career search, and how well their resumes may fit relevant featured jobs of the attending hiring companies. JANE.hr will offer personalized assistance to job seekers, showing them how they can augment their career search with ChatGPT in the following ways:

  • Assess how well their resume matches relevant featured jobs of the exhibiting hiring companies
  • Offer suggestions on how they can modify their resume to better fit if there are any gaps
  • Propose other types of jobs or career paths they might consider
  • Identify skill development steps needed to close the gap between their resume and the job(s) they are interested in
  • Draft up potential outreach to desired employers
  • How to ensure you are augmenting your career search with ChatGPT in an authentic and ethical manner

These rapid one-on-one sessions are designed to deliver optimal value to NET/WORK attending job seekers while also bringing to the surface great matches with exhibiting hiring companies. These sessions will be powered by JANE.hr’s Career Ascent Program, which is designed to both serve job seekers directly, and function as a comprehensive outplacement program for employers.

By teaming up with Technical.ly at their NET/WORK event, JANE.hr aims to empower job seekers and hiring companies with the rapidly evolving best practices of career matching in this new age of ChatGPT. As AI continues to revolutionize the way we approach various aspects of our lives, it’s crucial that we leverage these technologies to thoughtfully streamline and enhance the career search process.
