Osage Venture Partners is raising $90 million for a new fund, Osage Venture Partners IV, according to an SEC filing.
So far, the Bala Cynwyd-based venture capital firm has raised $53 million, according to the filing. The firm appears to be eyeing a larger fund than in past years: Osage Venture Partners III was $66 million and Osage Venture Partners II was $44 million, according to CrunchBase.
Partner Nate Lentz said he could not comment on active fundraising.
Osage has invested in Philly startups PeopleLinx and Sidecar, and in IT startups in Washington, D.C. It also recently invested in SevOne’s $50 million Series C, according to CrunchBase.
