Before Allison O’Brien moved from Florida to Philadelphia to work for SEER Interactive, her future SEER coworkers offered to look at apartments for her. That’s what it’s like to work at the Northern Liberties online marketing agency, said O’Brien, who now works out of the San Diego office.

The firm has more than 80 employees. Its headquarters are on N3rd Street at its so-called “Search Church.”
