Workforce housing legislation to watch

Wilmington has seen an influx in luxury apartments over the past few years as the city tries to draw professionals to local jobs. But the city needs more than luxury apartments to support a thriving workforce and business community.

A package of affordable housing bills is moving through the state Senate — and its prospects look good: It has the endorsement of the Business Roundtable.

The Tech Council of Delaware, in collaboration with Technical.ly, has launched the first issue of its new three-part storytelling publication, The Chronicle.

The first edition, available online, explores the original purpose of the Tech Council of Delaware, the gaps it aims to fill and the various programs, committees, events and resources established to date. It also has reference information from various Council partners.
