Job Title: Planisware Technical Support Consultant

Job Description:
As a technical consultant, your mission is to design, configure, and deploy Planisware solutions at client organizations. Working as part of a team, you will interact regularly with clients to learn their internal processes and understand the needs of their organization. As you gain experience, you will be taking direct responsibility for critical aspects of the implementation. You will be able to apply your past experience and understanding of Planisware's capabilities to transform business requirements first into a comprehensive system design, and then into a functional, high-quality implementation of the Planisware solution. As a technical consultant:
•You will be part of a project team, learning directly from experienced consultants and participating in key meetings. You will be assigned an individual mentor, who will help you as you progress in your career with Planisware.
•You will be providing Hypercare support to the superusers post deployments/roll-outs
•You will configure, test, deploy, and support Planisware applications for client organizations.
•You will become deeply familiar with the business needs and processes of clients. As you become more skilled at understanding business needs and applying Planisware capabilities, you will be able to propose solutions that both meet requirements and facilitate the client's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Should be able to perform and contribute in below roles:
· Develop in-depth knowledge of Planisware features, functionalities, and best practices.
· Stay updated on new releases and enhancements to the software.
· Assist in the configuration and customization of Planisware to meet organizational needs.
· Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and IT teams to understand user requirements and challenges.
· Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement using Planisware.
· Recommend and implement process enhancements that leverage Planisware capabilities.
· Provide training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure proper usage of Planisware.
· Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting issues and providing user support.
· Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
· Liaise with various departments to gather requirements and understand their needs regarding project management and resource planning.
· Communicate effectively with technical teams to ensure alignment between user needs and software capabilities.
· Support change management initiatives related to the adoption of Planisware.
· Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to gather user input on software improvements.
· Promote best practices in project management and resource planning within the organization.
· Mentor and guide team members on effective use of Planisware tools.
· Oversee the deployment of new features or upgrades to ensure minimal disruption to users.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of Planisware in meeting organizational goals.
Required Skills:
4 to 8 years of experience in Planisware software configuration and customization
Computer programming experience (object-oriented preferred) – Good to have
Working knowledge of database management and/or Linux
Support process (ITIL), Incident/Service request management, SNOW
Willing to travel (in US east coast region)
Quick learner, efficient multi-tasker, and team player
Strong written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science is required
