As a Sr. User Interface/User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for our e-commerce website and mobile applications. Your designs will directly impact our customers' shopping experience and contribute to our company's growth in the specialty retail space.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs

and behaviors.
* Analyze user feedback, data, and industry trends to inform design decisions.
* Guide the development of user personas, journey maps, and user flow

diagrams.
* Create and oversee wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to

visualize design concepts and interactions.
* Ensure UI designs are aesthetically pleasing and consistent with brand

guidelines.
* Advocate for responsive layouts that function seamlessly across devices and

screen sizes.
* Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to

understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
* Facilitate brainstorming sessions and design reviews, driving ideation and

refinement of projects.
* Provide clear design specifications and assets to developers for

implementation, ensuring smooth transitions from design to development.
* Ensure designs are user-centered, accessible, and meet usability standards.
* Oversee the cohesiveness of the product experience, balancing user insights

with business goals
* Lead usability testing initiatives and iterate on designs based on feedback and

performance metrics.
* Maintain and advocate for a cohesive and consistent design language across

all digital touch points.
* Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and best practices for digital design
* Contribute proactively to achieving departmental and company goals through

teamwork and collaboration.
* Embody organizational values in work behaviors, decision-making, and

interactions, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field
* Proven portfolio showcasing design projects and a deep understanding of

UX/UI principles.
* Significant experience in designing for e-commerce platforms
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
* Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
* Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, InVision).
* Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Good time-management skills.
* Attention to visual details and flawless design execution.
* Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
* Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
