Embedded Software Engineer

StarsHR has the following LONG-TERM contract opportunity (potentially C to H) with our client in Greater Pittsburgh.

*Embedded Software Engineer*

We are seeking a candidate with at least 3+ years of relevant commercial experience in writing embedded software for device applications. Qualified candidates will hold a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field. Proven expertise in coding in C++ on Linux and/or RTOS is required. Sound knowledge of hardware and how it interacts with the code is also required. Well-qualified candidates will be proficient in Python and have a working knowledge of QT. Some testing experience required. This work will be done onsite at our client’s facility in suburban Pittsburgh. StarsHR can provide benefits while contracting through our firm. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $39.55 - $54.16 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
