Brooksource is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions for our clients in the healthcare industry. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external vendors. Your expertise in development, coding, and solutioning will be instrumental in driving efficient and effective solutions.

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct impact assessments to identify the potential risks and benefits of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
* Provide business consultation and solutioning services, leveraging your technical expertise to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
* Collaborate with external vendors to gather requirements, facilitate effective communication, and ensure smooth integration of their solutions within the client's ecosystem.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Health Insurance industry, including claims processing, EDI exposure, and knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
* Act as a technical translator, effectively communicating between technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
* Utilize your assertiveness and influential skills to guide and drive discussions, ensuring that solutions align with best practices and meet client expectations.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to solutions architecture.
* Provide technical advisory services to leadership, offering insights and recommendations on strategic initiatives and architectural decisions.
* Contribute to the overall growth and development of the Solutions Architecture team, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.

*Requirements:*
* Solid background in software development, coding, and the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
* Proven experience in designing and delivering scalable solutions that meet business needs.
* Demonstrated ability in solutioning, absorbing complex requirements, and designing effective solutions, rather than just facilitating discussions.
* In-depth knowledge of the Health Insurance industry, including claims processing and EDI exposure.
* Strong business consultation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
* Exceptional technical translation abilities, enabling effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in requirement gathering and analysis, understanding client objectives and translating them into actionable deliverables.
* Assertiveness in driving discussions and decision-making processes to ensure alignment and successful solution implementation.

*Preferred Skills:*
* Bluecard certification or relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
* Previous experience in Solutions Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles.
* Ability to provide technical advisory services to leadership, offering guidance on strategic initiatives and architectural decisions.
* Exposure to architect-level solutions, demonstrating the ability to design and implement complex systems.
