Day to Day

Indeed’s monetization platform team helps employers to get hires by providing scalable campaign models and APIs, which is the core of Indeed Sponsored Jobs business. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our unified monetization platform. You will build, own, and maintain the products, features, and platforms at scale as the foundation for capturing employers’ hiring goals and delivering outcomes toward those hiring goals.

We are looking for someone who will define product vision, strategy, directions and partner with engineering teams as well as various parties to prioritize and deliver incremental impact.

This person will leverage their deep product management expertise to work backwards from customer scenarios, to identify the right product opportunities, and define and execute the product toward the long-term vision efficiently. Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and directions that align with Indeed overall vision and goals.
Deep dive internal and external clients need to identify and distill user problems into product requirements, milestones and priorities.
Partner with engineering teams and other interested parties to prioritize and manage roadmaps for delivering toward product vision incrementally and efficiently.
Engage and influence internal collaborators from across the company to align product and feature delivery with business targets and company priorities.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform product strategies aligned to internal and external customer needs.
Act as the face of the platform, evangelizing the platform features and capabilities to other product and engineering teams across Indeed.

Skills/Competencies

7+ years of product management experience in a technical domain.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience defining a product vision and strategy, setting goals that incentivize incremental impact, and developing and implementing a roadmap that delivers against goals in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working closely with engineers to define, plan and build products and features for platform products.
Experience applying data analysis skills to shape product strategies and inform product-related actions.

New York City, Metro Area. 176,000 - 254,000 USD per year

Seattle, Metro Area. 177,000 - 257,000 USD per year

San Francisco, Bay Area. 196,000 - 284,000 USD per year

US Remote 144,000 - 208,000 USD per year

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
