As the Performance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability and responsiveness of our innovative healthcare technology project. You will leverage your expertise in performance testing and analysis to enhance the quality and reliability of our applications. Collaborating with multiple Scrum teams, you will help establish performance testing best practices and contribute to the overall automation strategy, driving the next generation of technological advancements in our organization!

Minimum Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering, with a strong focus on load testing and performance optimization.
* Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
* Experience with scripting and automating performance tests using languages such as Ruby on Rails, Python, or Java.
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
* Good understanding of performance engineering principles, including metrics collection, analysis, and reporting.
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes and methodologies.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Analyze system performance requirements and design appropriate performance test plans and strategies.
* Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues and provide actionable recommendations.
* Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
* Establish and promote best practices for performance testing, ensuring results are well-documented and reproducible.
* Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to align performance testing efforts with project timelines and quality goals.
