*Pay Rate:* $70-$75 /hr. on W2 with benefits

The EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) project team at one of our largest Fortune 100 Energy clients is seeking a Test Automation Lead. The EAM project is a multi-faceted project that is replacing our client’s Asset Management tool with IFS. The project has numerous products that need test automation support and the selected Test Automation Lead will be responsible for overseeing test automation strategy, planning, and execution across multiple products within the EAM initiative. This role ensures seamless integration and validation of enhancements and continuous configurations within the IFS platform while supporting our client’s goal of automating testing processes as much as possible. *Qualifications & Skills:*
* 5+ years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
* Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (preferably UiPath or similar).
* Strong knowledge of regression testing, integration testing, and test planning.
* Experience in enterprise applications, data migration projects, and process improvement.
* Ability to design and document test strategies, test cases, and automation plans.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure Data Factory) and enterprise asset management systems is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.

*Preferred Experience:*
* Background in large-scale ERP, asset management, or data migration projects.
* Experience in testing enterprise tools like IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
* Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

*Your Responsibilities Include:*
* Develop and oversee the test automation framework for EAM products, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
* Design test plans, test cases, and test documentation for automated and manual testing.
* Ensure regression testing coverage for each product and across integrated systems.
* Automate testing processes, leveraging UiPath as the enterprise testing tool.
* Validate system configurations and customization of IFS products to meet business needs.
* Collaborate with product owners, developers, and data migration teams to ensure end-to-end testing.
* Establish and organize a Test Center of Excellence (TCoE) to standardize test methodologies and best practices.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
