Stay connected after this weekend with the Women’s March mobile app

Saturday was just the beginning.

The Women’s March on Washington has handy digital resources for the event and beyond. In addition to a Facebook Messenger chatbot and a Saturday livestream, organizers have also released a Women’s March App for users to connect, organize and voice solidarity even after the march has ended.

The app, built by SF dev firm doubledutch, is available for free download on the iTunes App Store and Google Play. You’ll need to create a profile, which you can then link to your LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts.

The app has a Forum section as well as resources for educating people on the intersectionality of the movement’s fight for justice. The Women’s March Facebook page and Twitter feeds can also be accessed directly from the app.

Here’s to a powerful spark for continued activism and organizing, because freedom never rests.
