On Tuesday, Wilmington University announced that TEDxWilmingtonUniversity 2015 — the independently-organized program which brings together live speakers under the TED banner — will be held Friday, May 8, at the school’s New Castle Campus.
This year’s theme is “Engaging Excellence Everywhere.”
On Twitter, Wilmington University tweeted out that organizers are looking for speakers to participate in the May 8 event.

Last year’s event featured about a half-dozen local speakers.
TEDxWilmingtonUniversity is not to be confused with TEDxWilmington, which also held a 2014 event at World Cafe Live at The Queen last August. A TEDxWilmington for 2015 has not yet been announced.
