Tech in Motion is inviting you and yours to spend an evening playing with hot new technology.
The Meetup group’s “Hands on Tech” event, to be held March 31 at 1776 Crystal City, is trying to do something a little different from your average pitch/networking event. Yes, the event will have speakers and demos. But it will also aim to give all attendees the chance to get up close and personal with the tech being showcased.
What kind of tech, you ask? “Breakout” tech, organizers promise. This means AR, VR, wearables, drones and more.
The lineup for demo companies is still being worked out, but so far AgoraVR and Measure plan to be there. Organizers promise more details soon, so it’s worth keeping an eye on their Meetup page if you’re curious.
