NYU Tandon is hiring a faculty member for its Integrated Digital Media program.

The university’s IDM program is one of the coolest around. It’s looking for a non-tenured faculty member who will start in September.

The university writes that it has a preference for people with interest and experience in “human-computer interaction, virtual and augmented reality, assistive technology, digital fabrication, physical and wearable computing, machine learning and applied media, interactive installation, motion capture or real-time live performance.”

CUNY is looking for a librarian in Brooklyn.

The library at Kingsborough Community College on Coney Island is looking for a reader services librarian for the academic year that comes.

Books and the beach doesn’t sound too bad.
