The Delaware Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will host two free Google workshops geared toward small business owners in November at the Milford and Route 9 libraries.
- On Nov. 5 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Milford Library, Grow with Google trainer Randi Penfil, will lead a “Reach Customers Online With Google” workshop where participants will learn how to improve their website’s visibility in Google’s organic search results, creating a free Google My Business listing and how to advertise your business on Google.
- On Nov. 6 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Route 9 Library and Innovation Center, Penfil will lead a Google Analytics workshop, where participants will learn best practices and analyze trends about how customers engage with businesses online, then turn these insights into decisions.
