Calling all female founders — here’s an upcoming opportunity to meet 49 of your peers during a day of high-impact networking and collaboration.
That’s right, Fosterly’s third Study Hall this year is dedicated to women in entrepreneurship.
The event, a partnership with the brand strategy agency Sisarina, will take place on Aug. 31 at the Washington, DC Economic Partnership offices downtown.”If you’re a woman building a company or are interested in throwing your proverbial hat in the ring, you’ll be in good company,” organizers promise.
This particular Study Hall will have a slightly different format from the others this year, as the first hour will be devoted to a “Rock Your Life” workshop during which attendees will focus on “talking about purpose and focus and all things that would get people to think bigger about their businesses.”
Study Hall’s particular brand of “ultra-collaborative coworking” will commence after that. Given Fosterly’s focus on creating connections between area entrepreneurs you could meet a future colleague, client or cofounder — there’s only one way to find out.
As always, Fosterly Study Halls convene a curated list of just 50 entrepreneurs focused on a certain topic, so be sure to register by Aug. 24 if you want a spot.
