Women in tech events, like a female investor roundtable or a session of women technologists speaking about their careers, are undoubtedly important.
These kinds of events have the power to inspire. They offer a platform to a minority group in the tech scene. They create community within a tech scene.

We discuss that topic and more in the second edition of the Technical.ly podcast, featuring Technical.ly reporters from Baltimore, Brooklyn and Philly, as well as editor Christopher Wink. This month, we focus on diversity in tech.
