DC Mayor and US CTO to describe their paths to leadership [Events Roundup]

Plus: If it's anything like Technoir 2.0, Technoir 24 on Wednesday should be a blast.

In honor of the launch of Congressional Black Caucus Week, Technoir is holding its third pitch contest Wednesday. Meanwhile, STEM education organization Luma Lab is launching a series of meetups and events this Thursday. And if you want to learn about what it’s like to be a woman leader in technology, hear it straight from the horse’s mouth Monday night: Mayor Muriel Bowser and U.S. CTO Megan Smith will discuss their journeys in a Monday event followed by a panel discussion led by local entrepreneurs.
