The recently launched Data+Women DC will be holding its inaugural event on Thursday, Feb. 4, at CHIEF in Dupont.
According to organizers, the group is all about “building networks and overcoming barriers for women to succeed in the fields of data and technology,” and the group’s first event is a reflection of that. The evening will center around a panel discussion, but also feature time to talk and share experiences in small groups. The event is open to all, whether you are a woman working with data, or you work with women or you just know women.
