From the announcement:

Our Tech Flex Scholars Program is a yearlong enrichment experience for rising juniors and seniors enrolled in a Brooklyn public high school. The program offers 20 scholars access to academic, professional and leadership opportunities by exposing them to the world of technology.

To apply, students must be enrolled in a Brooklyn high school, be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and be willing to spend one Saturday per month with the program.
