Blackboard wants YOU to come to this happy hour (and then apply for a job)

Hi, enthusiastic edtech engineers — any chance you’re job hunting? Even just casually? Because if so, Blackboard would love to invite you to this upcoming happy hour.
On Oct. 5, the edtech giant will be holding an “open house” — an evening during which you can mingle with Blackboard employees and talk job opportunities. The company, which currently has around 400 employees at its 19th Street headquarters, is “experiencing major growth,” and is especially interested in all things Java. Apparently acquisitions aren’t the only way this company is looking to expand.
Are you an engineer in testing, development or deployment? There’s a good chance Blackboard wants to chat with you. It’s always nice to feel desirable, right?
