So, two things.
One: Philly Tech Week 2018 presented by Comcast is starting really soon(!), next Friday, to be precise, with a big, fun (free) kickoff in Northern Liberties. A pillar of #PTW18 is a new all-day conference called Introduced by Technical.ly. It’s an attempt by Technical.ly organizers to distill as much value as possible into one venue on one day (Thursday, May 3).
This is where you’ll be able to learn things that will push your career or your company to new heights. You will meet people. You will learn things. If you buy a ticket by April 25, you can apply to have meetings with founders, investors or potential clients. Whatever your specialty, there is a way to carve meaningful value from this thing. It will be good.
OK, two: Technical.ly rolled out a membership program earlier this year. It’s near and dear to my heart because it’s a way for our loyal readers to support and inform the journalistic work we do every day. Members are a part of the program now, and we’re figuring out ways to get them involved and show our thanks for their financial commitment to strong, local, independent media.
Now, putting those two things together, we have a special offer for you.
If you become a Technical.ly member by Thursday, April 26 at 11:59 p.m., you will be entered into a drawing for a free ticket (that’s a $125 value) to Introduced.
Become a Technical.ly MemberFive names will be chosen at random — and existing members can get in on the action as well. (If you’re an existing member who wants to be included in our Introduced promotion, please email my colleague Jeanette Lloyd at jeanette@technicallymedia.com by April 26.)
