Reston, Virginia-based SyncDog is partnering with Singapore’s SecureAge, which develops enterprise encryption solutions and AI-driven anti-malware tech.
Launched in 2013, SyncDog is a software vendor for mobile security and data loss prevention. The 50-person company’s Secure.Systems platform can be integrated into existing endpoint management solutions and deployed via on-premise, cloud or hybrid environments, a press release states.
With this new partnership, SyncDog will integrate two of SecureAge’s AI-driven cybersecurity flagship products, SecureAPlus and SecureData, into its Secure.Systems tech platform to enhance data protection. Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.
“As the reliance on personal devices in the workplace continues to grow, solutions like Secure.Systems will become a more integral tool for security teams to better protect mobile workforces from bad actors,” said SecureAge COO Jerry Ray. “Bringing SecureAge’s products into the fold will strengthen those capabilities to minimize the vulnerability landscape across the board.”
The news of this partnership comes nine months after the company partnered with Virginia Economic Development Partnership’s International Trade Division to help it sell Secure.Systems in international markets.
Secure.Systems is available as an app in the iOS App Store and Android’s Google Play Store.
“SecureAge’s anti-malware and data encryption solutions are important additions to the Secure.Systems platform,” said Brian Egenrieder, chief revenue officer at SyncDog, in a statement. “The additional tools will provide our customers with a single encryption solution connecting desktop/laptop usage through to their mobility endpoints with an enterprise security environment that counters advanced threats and secures data at the source.”
