The Chesapeake Digital Health Exchange (CDHX) is a federally-funded collaborative effort to organize and enhance the regions digital health ecosystem. Funded by a U.S. Department of Commerce EDA grant and the Maryland Department of Commerce, CDHX supports digital health startups in the Chesapeake region with mentorship, networking and workshops. It aims is to create a shared knowledge base to advance the region’s competitiveness to become the East Coast hub of digital health. CDHX has three main initiatives:
● Building a network of influencers and connecting the digital health ecosystem
● Ensuring a strong pipeline of diverse talent in the region
● Accelerating the commercialization of promising digital health technologies
