Over 10 years ago, Philly-based firm Delaware Investments — named after the Delaware River — was acquired by global financial services company, Macquarie Group. In the spring of 2017, Delaware Investments adopted the Macquarie name and rebranded to Macquarie Investment Management to better reflect the firm’s integrated global capabilities.

Moved by the city’s historical importance, executives chose Philadelphia as the headquarters for Macquarie’s Investment Management business.

Today, entrepreneurial-minded technologists at Macquarie’s Philly HQ work a stone’s throw away from national landmarks like the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Employees can embrace the local charm or raise their hand for opportunities to explore the different cultures and business practices across Macquarie offices in 31 markets around the world.
