The PPA might not be able to enforce against every single offense, it said, but it wants to collect data on the problem to figure out a better way to tackle it.

When you see a car parked in a bike lane, tweet about it with the hashtag #unblockbikelanes.

The Philadelphia Parking Authority has partnered with the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia to tackle the problem of blocked bike lanes, it announced on its blog this week. The PPA might not be able to enforce against every single offense, it said, but it wants to collect data on the problem to figure out a better way to tackle it.
