‘Shared Work, Shared Vision’: Delaware Transition Conference helps shape the future

Are you a post–high school student, offer resources for post–high school students or have an interest in connecting with people who do?
The “Shared Work, Shared Vision, Delaware Community of Practice 2017 Transition and Self-Determination Conference” is a day where parents, teachers and organizations come together to provide resources to that help students achieve their career choices and goals.
This free event, hosted by the University of Delaware, will be held at Dover Downs Dec. 5, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
