Entrepreneurs, get involved in shaping policy at this event

The Dartmouth Entrepreneurial Network is hosting a panel discussion on how policy affects building a business on February 13 at 1776.

Listen to and engage with a panel of experts at 1776 on February 13, where a panel discussion will focus on trends in the policy landscape and how they may shape entrepreneurship in the years to come. The event will is hosted by the Dartmouth Entrepreneurial Network, and will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The discussion will also include subjects like why entrepreneurs should care about policy issues and how they can get involved.

The event will be moderated by Alejandro Crawford, managing director of The Acceleration Group and Professor of Entrepreneurship at Bard College. Panelists include:

  • John Dearie, founder of the Center for American Entrepreneurship.
  • Vanessa Beary, former senior advisor on youth entrepreneurship at the U.S. State Department.
  • John Lettieri, senior director for policy and strategy at Economic Innovation Group.
  • Brandon Pollak, a public policy expert who has worked with 1776, Bryan Cave and John Kerry.
