Got opinions on the City of Wilmington and the direction it should take over the next decade? Join the Department of Planning and Development on Oct. 17 anytime between 5 and 8 p.m. at the Delaware Children’s Museum to review the draft of the Wilmington 2028 10-year plan, including maps and recommendations, and provide your feedback.

To make it easy on busy parents, there will be kid’s activities and refreshments, and free admission to the museum (normally $8.75 per person).
This step in the process follows a community survey launched in September 2017, followed by a series of five public meetings last October and November and focus groups earlier this year, all of which served as the basis for the draft.
The City of Wilmington contracted with Interface Studio in Philadelphia for this project. An in-progress report on the project can be found here.
