Sarah Carter (they/them) serves as the director of marketing for the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT). With a long history in social justice, nonprofit work and comedy, Sarah works to tell stories that lift all voices and experiences in the community to build a stronger, more inclusive world.
