Edward D. Rogers leads the Eminent Domain and Loss Recovery Teams in the Litigation Department, and is a member of the Real Estate and Construction Litigation and Antitrust and Competition Groups. Over the past three decades, his business litigation experience has included a wide variety of complex civil cases. His practice focuses on eminent domain, real estate tax appeals, and antitrust cases.
In his antitrust practice, Ed represents plaintiffs and defendants in monopolization and conspiracy cases. His eminent domain practice involves high stakes condemnation matters for property owners and government entities. Ed’s loss recovery practice consists of counseling and representing clients in antitrust disputes to recover overcharges.
