Pat Tamburrino Jr. is the chief administrative officer of the NobleReach Foundation, a Tysons, Virginia-based organization dedicated to supporting the United States’ technological dominance. The former career member of the federal Senior Executive Service has also been a senior vice president for the consulting firm LMI and chief of staff for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness.
