Mahe Bayireddi

Mahe Bayireddi is CEO and cofounder of Phenom People, the global HR technology company that makes an AI-based SaaS platform called Talent Experience Management (TXM). He previously cofounded several successful technology companies including SnipSnap, BijaHealth, and BHSP Nexus Software. With his comprehensive experience in predictive analytics and machine learning, Bayireddi has been named the Most Admired CEO by Philadelphia Business Journal and Best CEO by Comparably. He holds both a B.E. and M.S. in computer science and served extensively as a software consultant and web developer in the earlier years of his career.
