Founder and serial entrepreneur Luke Cooper intimately knows the challenges facing Black entrepreneurs. He's only the second Black founder in Baltimore to lead a company to a successful exit. Impressively, he's done it twice. As an entrepreneur, Luke has raised more than $8M of venture capital across multiple funding rounds for two tech startups. As the founder of Fixt, a venture-backed on-demand technology company focused on enterprise tech support, he grew revenue 400% year-over-year, while delivering a world-class customer experience. Fixt was acquired by Assurant in 2020 for more than 11x revenue. Today, he wants to leverage his experience, network, and key learnings to help other Black entrepreneurs unleash world-changing innovation. His latest venture, No Mud • No Magic seeks to bridge the gap between high-potential Black start-up founders and technical training, seasoned founders, investors, and corporate M&A.
